Create your own Beer Flight

For those who look at this selection and don’t know what to try, we have samples available.  4 oz sample pours are individually priced so you can build your own flight perhaps to get a nice big taste to help decide what to fill your 64 oz. (1/2 gallon) growler with.

Have you seen our new growlers yet? Yes, we have new Enoteca growlers. 64 oz. of amber colored glass to keep the light out, and plastic sure-seal lids to keep the freshness in.  Complete with a cool Enoteca logo and a government warning, ‘cos the Surgeon is looking out for us.

What’s next on tap?

It’s always a mystery as we rotate taps constantly, but you can see what we have in reserve at the moment on our Upcoming Kegs list.

New Belgium Trip Series XX Dry Hopped Brett Pale

Final The Trip series release. This was a fun beer to brew, partly because there were a lot of people on hand, including Peter and Dick, who collaborated on this last Trip idea, and Chris Murakami, who did most of the work. We began with a simple enough malt bill of pale and C-77 crystal, bumped the gravity and lightened the body with some sugar, adding Magnum hops to bitter and Styrian Goldings to finish, with some French Strisselspalt for dry hopping. Then the x-factor, brettanomyces, was added in the bright tank immediately before kegging, and the kegs were warm conditioned for more than a month.

Sierra Nevada Neomexicanus IPA

A few years back, we caught wind of rogue hop heads in the Southwest who began collecting some of the wild hops they found while scrambling down hillsides near their home in New Mexico. These bizarre, multi-headed, native U.S. cones have a flavor like nothing we’ve tasted, and for the first time, we’re showcasing their unusual melon, apricot and citrus aromas and flavors in our beer. Neomexicanus is the literal wild card in our five-bottle Harvest series, which features single hop, fresh hop, wet hop, and wild hop beers.

Fish Tale Reel Ales Swordfish Black IPA

Swordfish Double Cascadian Dark Ale (CDA) is dark in color, with a prominent “Northwest” hoppy aroma – citrusy, piney and resinous – with sweet malt, hints of roastiness and toasted malt. The flavors strike a beautiful balance between citrusy Northwest hops and, to a lesser degree, roasted, chocolate malt or caramel notes. Despite it’s rich color, the body is more reminiscent of an India Pale Ale, not heavy like a porter or stout. It takes the very deft hands of our Fish brewers to make these flavors play well together so that they don’t fight one another. But as you’ll see with Swordfish CDA, when that perfect balance is struck, something sublime happens; the result becomes more than the sum of its parts and you’ll finally taste what makes a Casdadian Dark Ale so special.

New Belgium Lips of Faith Le Terroir Sour

Le Terroir: French, meaning ‘from the terrain, soil, land, ground, earth.’ You may have heard it as a wine term speaking of the environmental conditions of the vineyard, the pH of the soil, even the slope of the land. But beer has it too, especially a New Belgium sour beer, which oozes terroir from the pores of the wooden foeders we age it in. They produce a base beer that’s golden-colored with a soft overripe peach aroma and just the right amount of tart. And after 3 years in the foeders, you can bet it has some nice earthy tones. Round out that fruity base with even more unique fruity hops like Amarillo and citra, and this beer may just have more terroir than your classiest wine. And with the hop burp, compliments of the dry-hopping, Le Terroir is definitely classy! 96 on BeerAdvocate, 100 on RateBeer
