Double Mountain Gypsy Stumper IPA

In the spring of 1980, a bearded, ragtag work crew known as Gypsy Stumpers were hired to clear stumps out of the new runs on Hood River Meadows. Camped at lift tower 10 on HRM, they worked long hours falling trees six feet in diameter, but only three feet tall. Much like the stumpers, this beer works twice as hard for your riding pleasure. Tangerine and herbal flower notes make their way through the resinous, pine forest nose. Its sturdy body holds the weight of the vigorous hopping, resulting in an assertive balance. ABV 7.5%, 80 BU

Mac and Jacks African Amber

The Northwests original, unfiltered and dry hopped amber ale. African Ambers pioneering and innovative style is proof that drink-abilty does not have to be achieved by sacrificing flavor. This beer erupts with a floral, hoppy taste, followed by a well rounded malty middle, finishing with a nicely organic hop flavor. Locally sourced two row grain and a blend of specialty malts give our amber its rich taste. Further complexity is achieved by leaving the beer unfiltered, providing exceptional flavor, as well as giving our amber its unique cloudy look. Lastly, we actually place a bag of fresh, locally grown, Yakima valley hops in each keg creating what has become the original, cult classic, northwest amber ale.

Bruery Or Xata Blonde

Horchata is a traditional, sweet, milky drink originating in Spain and Latin America that has become quite popular in Southern California, particularly with Mexican cuisine. Our take on the traditionally non-alcoholic drink is a blonde ale brewed with a heavy dosing of rice, cinnamon and fresh vanilla beans along with lactose for a litle extra creamy character. If you didn’t know better, you’d think it was carbonated horchata. The flavor is hard to describe, but for those who know it, you know you love it.

Northwest Brewing Hoppy Bitch IPA

This northwest IPA is bold and balanced with a rich malty flavor and a strong hop presence. We use Premium 2-Row, Munich, Victory, and Crystal malts a perfect base for showcasing Yakima-grown Columbus hops. After one sip you’ll agree, this is one hoppy bitch of a beer.
