Save the Date: Grand Opening of Enoteca Drinkery & Refuge coming soon…

Posted by Enoteca Fine Wine & Beer Posted on Oct - 08 - 2012

Dear Enotecans,

Enoteca’s expansion is almost complete, the tasting room has grown up and is becoming a full fledged Drinkery & Refuge.  We’re holding grand opening celebrations October 25th, 26th and 27th.  We hope you will be able to find some time during the grand opening weekend to come say hi and check it out.

Keep an eye out for the official announcement which will have all the details you need, this is just a “Save the Date.”

We’re working on planning the festivities as we speak, here is a taste:

Thursday, October 25th: Beer specials, and special beer!

Friday, October 26th: Bonafide Champagne Saberer Dean Opsal will be on hand to christen the Drinkery & Refuge with a demonstration of his Sabering skills!

Saturday, October 27th: Halloween Party!  Time to dress up and go out on the town.  The theme for our party is “Old Hollywood” with all it’s glitz and glamor.  No matter what your costume is, come on down and show off!

All Weekend: Have you had drinks made with Black Vodka?  Check out this Black Widow Screwdriver, this is just the beginning.  We will have beverage specials and fun all weekend.

What is this Drinkery & Refuge about?

We’ve been described as the only “grown ups non-smoking bar” in Post Falls. (Hat Tip: Jon W.)  We don’t serve food so you won’t see any kids around, though you can order your own food from any of the 5 restaurants that are a stones throw from here.  We feature very good premium wells, as well as excellent higher end options across the board.  Perfect for conducting business, a classy date night, relaxing with friends or exploring new flavors.

What about wine tasting?

Wine tasting used to be a fixed menu on Friday & Saturday only.  Now we’ve expanded it to every day we’re open (Tuesday-Saturday now, Monday-Saturday after the grand opening).  Besides expanded wine tasting times, we have now put together a constantly rotating wine tasting list that you can pick and choose from.  Get a sample size pour of just the ones you want, and of course glass pours are available for everything too!  You can see our current wine menu here, any timeCreate your own wine flight!

Additionally, we will continue to bring in wine vendors to show off their wines, keep an eye on the newsletter for announcements of upcoming wine events!

What about beer tasting?

We are still holding beer tasting events, but you can also come in any time we’re open to create your own beer flight!  We have sampler paddles and glasses, pick and choose from What’s On Tap to create your own flavor adventure!  You can always see what we have on tap currently here.  We rotate constantly, so when something gets tapped, hurry up and come try some.  We offer a service where we send you a Text Message when something new is tapped, so you can be sure to know right away.

Who is behind the bar?

We have put together a fantastic team of people to serve you and your fine beverage needs.  Jake, Dustin, Zach, Ryan and Hannah are people you will meet serving here.  Come on by to meet and welcome them to the Enoteca family!

When are you open?

We’re soft starting the rest of this month until the Grand Opening.  For now we’re open 4pm-Close Tuesday-Saturday, which means we stay open as long as you’re here.  We’re always here until at least 7pm, after that in the early part of the week don’t hesitate to call ahead to see if we’re still here.  Thursday-Saturday we’ve been here until 9-10pm at least.  You can call 208-457-9885, the phone rings for the Liquor Chef on duty.

After the Grand Opening, we will open Mondays, and depending on what Post Falls needs we will be setting some regular closing hours.  For now it’s too soon to tell.

I have some feedback…

We would love to hear your thoughts, any time.  You can email management and let us know what you think via our website here.  Our goal is to provide a great experience, so let us know how we’re doing.

We appreciate your business and support!
