Best Of Wine Makers Dinner with 3 Wine Makers - $65

Join us for an intimate and exclusive winemaker’s dinner with Serge Laville from Spring Valley Vineyard, Rob Newsome from Boudreaux and Kristina Van Loben Sels from Arbor Crest. Chef Adam Hegsted and his staff will be serving a locally inspired nine-course meal, paired perfectly with a selection of alluring Northwest wines.

Wine of the Month Club Tasting - $10

Come visit on Wine Club weekend to pick up your selections for this month, and stay for a flight to try all the selections! We have two flights available: A Red Wine flight of 3 oz. each of Vintage, Reserve, and Premier Red wine selections, and a White Wine flight of 3 oz. each of Vintage, Reserve, and Premier White wine selections. You can also have a big 5 oz. glass of the Anniversary Red wine selection! You don’t have to be a member to taste with us, but you might want to join after you see what you’ve been missing.

Deschutes Brewer Party: Bottles, Bites and a Brewer

Mar 1,2012 - Time: 11:30 am - 2:00 pm

The brewer from Deschutes Brewery, maker of Mirror Pond, Black Butte Porter, The Abyss, The Stoic, The Dissident, and on and on will be here, at Enoteca, from 11:30-2pm on Thursday, March 1st. We’ll have some snack bites brought over from the White House grill next door, so if you have to take your lunch break to be here, you’ll be covered. We’re tapping a reserved keg of The Stoic, an incredible and unique cellar reserve beer from Deschutes just for this event. Special Deschutes snifter glassware will be available only at this event. Did we mention you can meet and talk with the brewer?! This is a drop-in event, so you can come any time. We’re asking for RSVPs online just to get an idea of who will show up, but there isn’t a hard-and-fast ticket to this event. What about beer? It is in the middle of the day, so we understand that not everyone can stay to enjoy a full flight of fantastic Deschutes beers. There’s no requirement to drink when you come, but will make it a possibility! We do need to charge for the beer you drink, and some interesting options will be available:

The Stoic on tap. Special growler fill and pint price during the event only.
Deschutes Conflux #2 Belgian White IPA. Ask the brewer about Conflux #1!
A couple bottles of Deschutes Jubel 2010 (Super Jubel) will be available to sample.
Hop Henge Experimental IPA (vote in the IPA March Madness here.)
Other beers will possibly be available, we’re working on the details so for now let’s call it a secret.
