The Enoteca Drinkery & Refuge is open from 4pm – close Monday – Friday, and 12pm – close Saturday.  As long as Post Falls is having fun, we’re here.  Come on down to order this flight any time, or try a glass of wine from our regular wine menu, or a glass of your favorite from the flight.  Try 3 oz. of each of these wines for $13.

We also have Free Flight Friday, which is a different set of wines each week that you can come taste for free, Friday from 4pm-close, or until the bottle is empty.  You can see what’s coming on the Wine Tasting Calendar on our website, or see this Friday’s Flight here.

Worldly Cabernet Sauvignons

HARAS ESTATE Cabernet Sauvignon

This Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% Estate grown vineyards hailing from the acclaimed Maipo Valley located South East of Santiago at the base of the Andes Mountains. Dark, purple-red in color with violet reflections. This wine is a distinctive expression of Upper Maipo Valley terrior. Full, rounded and spicy on the nose, with notes of leather, floral tea and black fruit. Soft, gentle tannins with a pleasing concentration of flavors make this wine extremely enjoyable.

SEVEN FALLS Cabernet Sauvignon

Seven Falls was inspired by a series of seven waterfalls that once flowed along the Columbia River through what is now known as the Wahluke Slope. The Wahluke Slope is nestled above the Columbia River in south-central Washington. With one of the warmest and driest climates in Washington state and sandy loam soil in the vineyards, the terroir in this historical region is perfect for creating big, bold wines with outstanding structure. Layered and elegant, this Cabernet Sauvignon shows good balance between fruit and tannins. It is dark and rich, with a velvety texture and bright finish.

conn-creek-cabernet-sauvignonCONN CREEK Cabernet Sauvignon
Napa Valley

Conn Creek is a boutique winery on the Silverado Trail in the Rutherford district. For nearly 40 years, the winery has focused on Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux styled wines. In search of the best Cabernet Sauvignon, we discovered many exceptional single-vineyard sites throughout Napa Valley. Today, Conn Creek sources fruit from prized vineyards in nearly all of Napa Valley’s renowned sub appellations to provide winemaker Mike McGrath with an unparalleled palette from which to blend each wine. It’s an approach that captures the “Best of Napa Valley.”
