Who is Cinder Winery?

The results are in, here’s what the press thinks:

  • Wine Business Monthly – “2010 Hot Small Brand, Top 10 – Pushing the Potential of Idaho”
  • Northwest Wine Summit – “2009 Viognier Best Wine of Idaho”
  • Wine Press Northwest – “2009 Idaho Winery to Watch”
  • Cinder Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot Blend won Best Bordeax Blend at the Denver International Wine Competition

We’ll be pouring five different wines including 1 red, 1 rose and 3 whites from Cinder’s line-up. This is a classroom style event, so we will start at 7pm and you will be able to interact with the owner, ask questions and learn more about wine making, and Cinder specifically.

Here’s what they say about themselves:

Life should always contain discoveries and the enjoyment of sharing those treasures with family and friends. We believe that you’ve found one of those gems with Cinder. Attentiveness to the vineyards, hard work, and skill in winemaking make this new label a great expression of craftsmanship and quality. Explore the site and learn about our winemaker, Melanie Krause, the wines, and the stark and gorgeous landscape of Idaho’s new Snake River Valley AVA. If our excitement is contagious make sure you sign up to reserve our wine, so that you can enjoy your find.
