We’re happy to announce that we will be expanding!


We just signed the lease on the unit next door and will be doubling our square footage, and will be equipped to bring you more excellent beverages in Post Falls.  You may notice the gift wrap on the windows of the new space.  It is a gift, and we’ll all be unwrapping it when it’s ready.  We’re hoping that the light remodeling needed will take no more than a month, and we’ll keep you posted.

What do we need help with?

To make use of the new space, we will be moving everything in the store.  As we were looking over the stock on hand, we realized there is a lot to move!  Since we have so much to do to make the space ready, we’d rather get this wine and beer in your cellar than spend time moving it around in the store.  We’re prepared to get it out the door at extremely aggressive prices.  In fact, we’re willing to take losses on certain items just so we don’t have to move so much around.  We’re offering wine at short sale prices.  Our hurry is your gain!

How are we going to do it?

What we’re going to do is release Daily Deal emails once per day next work week, except Friday.  Each email will contain special one-day-only offers to help deplete stock.  Orders received through our website before midnight of that day will be accepted, and all orders will be served first-come, first-served until we’re out of stock, or until midnight, whichever comes first.  There will be a countdown timer on the website to let you know how much time you have left.

We’re starting the daily deals on Monday, April 9th.

Seriously, we have a ton of amazing bottles of wine and beer that we stocked up on because we love them.  Keep an eye out for the email deals, they will also be posted on our Facebook page, if that’s how you prefer to get your news.  You can also visit the home page of our web site at 6 am on Monday to see the first deal.

Nitty gritty details…

 

The Daily Deal offers must be taken advantage of online only, via the website ordering form that will be linked from each offer.  We will not be handling orders for the Daily Deals by phone or through walk-ins, as we must be able to ensure that those who order first actually get the deal first.  After placing your orders, we’ll process them on a first-come, first-served basis based on the order time stamp generated by your clicking “Submit.”

Payment Information… If your payment information is not on file for your order, we will go to the next order in line.  If you want to ensure your order is placed with full payment information, you can securely update your CC any time here.  If we have left-overs and you are able to pay later, we will be happy to fill your request, but without payment information on file your order goes to the back of the line.

How will I know if I got it?  We will process orders as they come in and email you a receipt of your purchase once it is processed.  Once you see that receipt, you know you got it, and you can pick up your order any time you’d like.

No Additional club or volume discounts…  As every Daily Deal will be under water to begin with, the price listed in the deal is the only price available for that deal, with no additional discounts available.

After-sale orders…  If we receive an order after the Daily Deal time is over, we will contact you to see if you’re still interested in the product at it’s regular price before processing the order.

Any other ways to help?

We will be implementing new Wine and Beer of the Month Club Bins in the new space.  This is expected to take place before the May Wine and Beer Club delivery.  If you’re able to come pick up your selections from April (coming soon!) and whatever else is in your Bin this month, it will really help out the move.  If not, it’s OK, we’ll transfer your items to your new Bin location.

What will the new store be like?

It’s under gift-wraps at the moment, the new store will be revealed in due time.  We have a lot of exciting news coming up in the next few weeks.  Stay tuned, and thank you for being with us as we seek to serve the fine beverage needs of our community.
