From the reports I’ve heard, most of the people who came to our first Mixology Monday really enjoyed it, learned a lot, and I’ve seen them come back with friends and family to show off what kind of fantastic drinks are being made in Post Falls.
What are the Mixologists concocting?
Ryan Roberge, pictured here, has been working for the last few weeks on a special menu for the Valentine’s Week Mixology Monday.
This special Valentines Week Mixology Monday features four drinks, unique and original takes on four classic cocktails, the Brandy Alexander, The Julep, French 75 and the Cosmopolitan.
We will be talking about the originals, but preparing very special versions for Valentines Day, and preparing them to be shared. One of each drink will be able to be shared by a couple, how romantic! We can also split them into two glasses if you need, or if you’re coming alone.
The education will be focused on the ingredients, and Mixology techniques. We’ll be exploring liqueurs, garnishes, and special cocktails featuring wine and beer.
The cost is only $17 per person, which includes an interactive educational experience and 4 full sized drinks to share, or 4 half sized drinks for one.
