[Member: $7.19 / Retail: $7.99 / Case Each: $6.79]Dear Enotecans,

Someone turned the thermostat down a few notches and painted all the trees different colors. We’re staying indoors, and huddling around the hot spiced wine now. It’s perfect for this season, and case discounts apply at 6 bottles!

Reminder: Tonight is Trivia Night with Meltz Gourmet Grilled Cheese!

Glühwein is a delicious blend of red wine and spices, and is the German name for mulled wine. The wine
is infused with a unique blend of cinnamon, cloves, oranges, lemons and a dash of sugar.

Glühwein is ready to drink, you don’t need a recipe with this bottle, simply warm and serve. We usually fire up a crock pot as the weather cools down and keep it around to warm us up in the afternoon. You can also warm it on the stove, or microwave for 10-15 sec if you can’t wait.

We have plenty in stock and it’s ready to go!  Place your order and we’ll fill it right away.

Cranberry Wine

But wait, there’s more! It’s time for Cranberry season, and Pasek cellars has made a fantastic Cranberry wine for your enjoyment.

Pasek Cellars Cranberry Wine is produced from whole Northwest Cranberries. A favorite during the holidays, this wine has become a staple among its loyal, enthusiastic fans throughout the year. Featuring an abundant cranberry flavor with a slightly sweet mid-palate that finishes out crisp and clean. This wine is a great match with pork, poultry, and spicy Asian foods. Serve Chilled.

The flavor on this is best of both worlds to me, slightly sweet, but also slightly tart, just like cranberry sauce. Yummm! My favorite part is the beautiful color it presents, and how awesome it looks in the glass at the Thanksgiving table. Pick up a few bottles and start your meal with it.

schilling-cider-canFREE Cider Tasting Thursday

Colin Schilling one of the original creators and cider makers will be on hand Thursday 5-7pm.

Schilling Spice originated in 1881 in San Francisco, later one of the great grandson of Schilling Spice creates Schilling Cider in Seattle.

Colin Schilling was born and raised in Coeur d’Alene and is a personal friend of Dustin from Enoteca. Colin partnered with another MBA graduate and close friend Mark Kornei and starting developing Schilling Ciders. Wildly successful in the Seattle and Portland region, he is bringing his love for ciders back to his home town where it all started.

A non traditional cider that uses brewery ingredients (hops) and methods instead of the winery sugary styles that are so dominant in the cider market. As a result you get a better tasting well balanced cider that gives amazing aromas and flavors so unique you won’t find them anywhere else.

Drop in for a free taste of this exciting new cider!
