We’re constantly experimenting, bringing in fresh seasonal ingredients, and building new and exciting beverages.  Here’s an idea of some current drinks.  Don’t see your favorite?  Never fear, we are a full bar and can make your mixed drink dreams come true.

The Bloody List

If we were in England this would not be a kid-friendly paragraph.  We have some serious Bloody Mary variations ready to go for your enjoyment.  Come in to try what has been called the most complex cocktail in the world.

• Bloody Mary Traditional
  The classic Bloody Mary, served Enoteca style.  Includes lemon, tomato, vodka, Worcestershire, our special spice blend and a salad on top.
• Bloody Maria
  From south of the border, this Bloody Maria features Tequila, fresh cilatntro, and Cholula.
• Bloody Asian
  A spicy Thai style take on the style.  Black sesame oil, wasabi, and….

Make a Mint

Fresh mint abounds right now, including specialty mint like chocolate mint, lemon mint, etc.  We put together an entire mint menu to take advantage of our seasonal friend.

• Mint Julep
  Fresh mint infused Bourbon.
• Mojito
  Bardenay Rum, mint, and lime.
• Mint Chocolate Chip Martini
  My favorite ice cream flavor recreated in an up glass.

Movie Stars

Some beverages fly under the radar until they are popularized in a movie.  These are some of our favorites.

• Caucasian
  That rug really tied the room together.
• Fernet-Branca
  Alfred, in the new Batman, is sipping Fernet in the Florence scene.  Fernet is a type of amaro, a bitter, aromatic spirit. Fernet is made from a number of herbs and spices which vary according to the brand, but usually include myrrh, rhubarb, chamomile, cardamom, aloe, and especially saffron, with a base of grape distilled spirits, and colored with caramel coloring. Ingredients rumored to be in fernet include codeine, mushrooms, fermented beets, coca leaf, gentian, wormwood, zedoary, cinchona, bay leaves, absinthe, orange peel, calumba, echinacea, quinine, ginseng, St. John’s wort, sage, and peppermint oil.

• Basil Cocktail
  It’s not a martini because it’s made with vodka instead of gin.  It’s  a special made with fresh basil.
• Tomhattan
  It’s like a Manhattan but made with Old Tom gin, which is a special pre-prohibition style of gin.
• Peach Bellini
  Made with fresh peach puree, Grand Marnier cream, with champagne.
