- Caucasian
That rug really tied the room together. - Fernet-Branca
Alfred, in the new Batman, is sipping Fernet in the Florence scene. Fernet is a type of amaro, a bitter, aromatic spirit. Fernet is made from a number of herbs and spices which vary according to the brand, but usually include myrrh, rhubarb, chamomile, cardamom, aloe, and especially saffron, with a base of grape distilled spirits, and colored with caramel coloring. Ingredients rumored to be in fernet include codeine, mushrooms, fermented beets, coca leaf, gentian, wormwood, zedoary, cinchona, bay leaves, absinthe, orange peel, calumba, echinacea, quinine, ginseng, St. John’s wort, sage, and peppermint oil. - Vesper
Shaken, not stirred.
Enoteca Originals
- Basil Cocktail
It’s not a martini because it’s made with vodka instead of gin. It’s a special made with fresh basil. - Tomhattan
It’s like a Manhattan but made with Old Tom gin, which is a special pre-prohibition style of gin. - Peach Bellini
Made with fresh peach puree, Grand Marnier cream, with champagne.
