Boudreaux Wine Maker Dinner with Rob Newsom

Posted by Tom Gable Posted on Nov - 28 - 2011

Dear Enotecans,

Join us for an intimate and exclusive winemaker’s dinner with Boudreaux Cellars presented by Rob Newsom. Chef Adam Hegsted and his staff will be serving a locally inspired nine-course meal, paired perfectly with a selection of alluring Northwest wines.  We have tickets at Enoteca, or you can reserve them online here.  The dinner cost is $65 per person, including tax, tip, wine, food and valet.

Rob Newsom is quite the character, and his wine making is top notch.  He’s from Louisiana, and when we first met Rob, he told us he makes his wine to go with good cooking.  His dog’s name is Rue, so you know he’s serious about food.  This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy amazing flavors in both wine and food.  If you can possibly make it, go for it!

When: Thursday, December 8th, beginning around 6-6:30pm
Where: Ts’Elusm Steakhouse at CDA Casino (map and directions here)

There is a bus from Riverstone to the restaurant if you’re concerned about driving.

We’re looking forward to enjoying some awesome food and wine while mingling with friends.  Check out this fantastic menu.
