Order by Email: Email your order to service@corkjoy.com any time. Emails we receive before 10:30 a.m. on Friday will be filled before we open, and items removed from the shelf. Please be sure to be specific in your email, specific brand, wine, and quantity desired. If you do not specify enough information, it’s not an order.
You do not have to come pick them up on Friday, we will charge your credit card on file and hold them for you until you can pick them up!
In Store Savings and Specials from 11-2 pm: At 11 am we will open Enoteca and you can come in for sale items. There will be “Come Visit Us Only” deals not mentioned in the email, and a few things open to taste! Orders that were emailed in by 10:30 will already be pulled off the shelf.
Late Arriving Emails: At 2 pm, the sale ends, and we will check the email again, and if we get an order from you and can still fill it, we will!
Payment of Email orders: For an order to be an Order and not just a request, payment information needs to be on file. Your order will be filled immediately and charged to your CC. If your info is not already on file, you can send it with our secure credit card form here.

Wine & Beer offered through Enoteca Flash may be limited in availability. To fill orders, first priority goes to our Wine & Beer Club members, then to long-standing customers, then others, in that order. 24-hours after our email is sent, orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, with an attempt to allow as many people as possible to receive all or a portion of their request. Due to the nature of wines offered in limited quantity, we strongly suggest you order the maximum you are willing to buy. If we can, we will obtain the maximum bottles you order.
About Email Orders:
Email orders can be made anytime, day or night. If you are a Club Member or have ordered by email before, we will already have your credit card and phone numbers on file, and can process your order immediately. If not, please include a phone number where you can be reached from 12-5 pm so we may call to obtain your payment information. For most wine offers, we will have the wine for you at Enoteca within a week of ordering.
We will send email confirmations of receiving your order, and when your order is filled, you will receive an email receipt including exact charges and sales tax. At this time the wine is available for you to pick up anytime we are open, Tuesday-Saturday 11-7. If you’re a Club Member, the wine will be put in your Bin.
If you do not receive an email confirmation or receipt, please contact us by phone at 208-457-9885 as soon as possible to insure we have received your order.
