We want to give you the opportunity to “try before you buy” so we offer a flight of wine for a low cost. Taste a flight (2 oz. each of 5 wines) for $10 per flight, and follow up with a glass.

White Wine Saviah Cellars Stillwater Creek Chardonnay 2007
(Stillwater Creek Vineyard, Columbia Valley, Washington)

Big and rich this is a clean, sophisticated Chardonnay that offers an exotic nose of tropical fruit, green apples, and nectarines. A delicious mixing of ripe and vibrant fruit flavors are complemented by a touch of toasted hazelnuts that resulted from nine months of aging in light oak. A round mouthfeel and balanced finished, make this wine a delightful experience. Pair it with scallops or halibut to see it really shine.

Red Wine Saviah Cellars The Jack 2007
(Columbia Valley, Washington)

If you are looking for a great red wine at a value price, The Jack is your best bet! This wine has appealing aromas of black cherries, raspberries, plum and spices with a touch of oak. The Jack is a friendly wine offering a mouthful of juicy fruit flavors that are complemented by fine tannins.

Big Sky Cuvee Red Wine Saviah Cellars Malbec 2007
(Walla Walla Valley, Washington)

This beautiful inky colored wine opens with scents of sweet spice, mountain berries and blackberry cobbler. In the mouth it offers pure berry fruit, silky tannins with baking spices and a long delicious finish. This wine is meant to be shared with someone special.

Red Wine Saviah Cellars Syrah 2006
(Walla Walla Valley, Washington)

Our Walla Walla Valley Syrah is a dark violet color that opens with enticing aromas of cherry and blackberry. This graceful wine is balanced with rich, luscious flavors of black fruit followed by an exceptional finish that offers a touch of spice and a hint of vanilla. Our Walla Walla Valley Syrah pairs well with duck, prime rib or grilled red meat.

Red Wine Saviah Cellars Big Sky Cuvée 2006
(Columbia Valley, Washington)

A superbly balanced wine with beautiful aromas of black cherry and rich dark fruit with a touch of dark chocolate, cinnamon and spice. The complex flavors are joined with a lush mouth feel and a long seductive finish.

Enoteca Fun Tasting Events Calendar

Mark your calendars for tastings at Enoteca – Fine Wine & Beer. Some are classroom format, which means we all sit down at the same time and can interact with the presenter with questions and whatnot. Our Friday & Saturday wine tastings are drop-in format, which means you can stop in any time during the tasting hours and try some excellent wine. We price our tastings to just break even on the quantity we pour for you, and our pours are quite a bit more than a typical winery tasting room experience. Join us for these excellent tasting events!
