Castillo de Medina Verdejo 2006 (Rueda, Spain) - Castelo de Medina is an amazing wine with a very good structure and terroir in both nose and mouth. Castelo de Medina is fresh, lively and very aromatic, filled with fruits like pears, mangos, pineapple, lemon and mineral notes typical of the Verdejo grapes. It is really fresh and it has a nice structured body, balanced with crisp and nice acidity and also some citric hints. This is a great wine for all kind of appetizers, seafood or chicken, paella and tapas.

[Member: $10.79 / Retail: $11.99]
La Aldea Jumilla Monastrell 2005 (Jumilla, Spain) - On the nose this Monastrell (also known as Mouvedre) brings forth ripe fruit of blackberries, black cherries and raspberry jam, combined with earthiness and some wildflowers. It is an intense and complex wine for the price. La Aldea has smooth but firm tannins in the mouth, very well structured and very pleasant, typical Monastrell, ripe grapes, with some sweetness in the finish, which is nice and long.
[Member: $8.09 / Retail: $8.99]
Casa de Illana Tradición 2006 (Ribera del Jucar, Spain) - Casa de Illana Tradición is a flavorful and traditional wine with great structure and body. It is brilliant and clean with an intense cherry-garnet coloring. In the nose it boasts ripe blackberry, cherry, violets and licorice with mineral and fine wood notes. The first impression of this wine on the palate gives creamy earthy nuances and sweet tannins from the noble oak followed by a medium to long finish.
